Orla Enright
Chief Executive Officer
Orla serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Green Exchange. Prior to this Orla was a partner at Pan Sub-Saharan African Venture Capital firm GOODsoil VC, where she backed and led investments at seed and pre-seed into global market-leading fin-tech companies such as Zeepay.
A founder first and foremost, Orla jumpstarted her career by building the app Shortcutt CRM, a customer relationship management app that helps self-employed individuals meticulously manage their finances where she constructed the app from ideation. Following Shortcutt, Orla was a government bond fixed income trader focussed on Sub-Saharan African Eurobonds.
A bullish leader who is passionate about bringing climate funding to developing countries to decarbonize and deal with the impacts of a warmer planet.

Diana Boadu Amoatin
Chief Products Officer
Diana Boadu Amoatin is a Co-Founder of The Green Exchange and oversees the Products and Development Team. Prior to this, she managed the products and operations support unit at Emergent Payment Africa. She led different cross functional teams to achieve major successes in the Ghana FinTech space including the digitization of the National Health Insurance Scheme ( NHIS) premium renewal. She has several years of Technical experience in Product Development and Management in the FinTech space. She also worked in the Telecommunication space where she led teams on Special Projects at Airtel Towers (Towerco).
Diana is a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience across Africa, Europe and Asia. She holds an MSc. in Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana.
